Registration

The conference will begin on Tuesday morning 23rd and end on Friday afternoon 26th. Participants are expected on Monday evening 22nd for dinner. The registration fee includes

Full board based on single/double occupancy for 4 nights (starting Monday evening)
Book of abstracts and useful documents for partipants
Coffee breaks
Special dinner on Wednesday

The registration fee is

420 euros for double occupancy
500 euros for single occupancy
An extra fee of 100 euros will be applied after May 15th

IMPORTANT: There is no more room available at the conference resort. The only possibility is to register as a participant from Marseille (without dinners, without a room). To register, please follow the instructions on the registration form.

SPECIAL REQUESTS

If you have a special request such as choosing the person you want to share your double room with, or if you cannot stay the whole 4 days and wish to have your presentation programmed accordingly (there cannot be any reduced fee in this case), please send us an email as soon as possible (fe09@irphe.univ-mrs.fr).

PARTICIPANTS FROM FRANCE

Colleagues from a french institution can pay with a "bon de commande". They simply have to print the invoice and use it.

PARTICPANTS FROM MARSEILLES

A special fee is applicable for people living and working in Marseilles: Registration + Book of abstracts + lunch and breaks + special dinner = 150 euros.
