Registration
The conference will begin on Monday morning June 22nd and end on Wednesday afternoon 24th. Participants are expected on Sunday evening 21th. The registration fee includes:
- Room for 3 nights starting Sunday evening (single/double occupancy)
- Book of abstracts and useful documents for participants
- Breakfasts + coffee breaks + lunches
- Special dinner on Tuesday
DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION: After May 28th, registration in double or single occupancy rooms will be closed.
Conference fees
READ BEFORE YOU REGISTER: Please indicate your billing address in the comment section of the payment website. We need this information to issue an invoice.
- 600€ for double occupancy (Click here to register)
- 750€ for single occupancy (This option is not available anymore)
- 180€ without hotel room (for local participants only) (Click here to register)
Participants in double occupancy share a bathroom but have independent bedrooms.
